48 hours notice is required for changes to or cancellation of a booking. Change or cancellation of a booking within 48 hours of the allocated time will incur a fee of $100. Change or cancellation of a booking less than 12 hours from the allocated time will incur the full service charge. If a late changed or cancelled booking is taken up by another client, all fees will be waived. Any client who does not turn up for their booking will be charged the full service amount. There are no other exceptions to the booking policy. To easily make changes to an existing booking use the link provided in the system email. The 'manage reservation' link provided in the booking email is only functional if more than 48 hours from the allocated time. Failure to honour the booking policy will result in a refusal of further bookings.
