Urgent Access Booking

An Urgent Access Booking may sometimes be possible when an appointment is needed outside normal booking availability.

This is a separate arrangement from the standard booking system and may require the salon to open earlier, stay later, or make additional time available on a day that would not normally be offered.

Urgent Access Bookings are considered case by case and availability cannot be guaranteed.

An Urgent Access Booking is $800.

Request Urgent Access

If you would like to request an Urgent Access Booking, please email the salon with the following information:

• Your full name
• A brief description of your hair and current situation
• Your deadline or required timeframe
• Confirmation that you understand the $800 rate

If a suitable time can be arranged, a provisional booking will be created and a payment request issued. The session is confirmed once payment is received.
