Urgent Access Booking
Most appointments at Tom Zappala Haircutting are scheduled within regular studio hours and booked several weeks in advance. This structure allows time for a detailed consultation and a carefully executed dry haircut designed to work with your natural texture over the long term.
Occasionally, however, someone may be in Melbourne for only a short period or facing a time-sensitive situation. This may include interstate or international travel, a brief business visit, an important event, or a recent haircut that requires corrective work before a specific date.
In these situations it may sometimes be possible to arrange an Urgent Access Booking. This is not a faster pathway through the normal booking system. It is a separate arrangement where the studio may open outside standard appointment hours if timing allows.
Urgent Access Bookings are considered on a case-by-case basis and availability cannot be guaranteed. Because they require opening the studio outside the structured schedule, they are offered at a higher session rate and must be arranged directly rather than booked through the standard online calendar.
Urgent Access Bookings generally begin from $550, with higher rates depending on the timing requested, particularly for early morning, late evening, or days when the studio is normally closed.
Because these sessions require opening the studio outside the normal schedule, they are intended for genuinely time-sensitive situations.
